FACON ENTERPRISES

Refund And Returns Policy

Our approach to samples, custom manufacturing claims, returns and order adjustments.

Effective date: August 17, 2026

Made-to-order B2B manufacturing. FACON ENTERPRISES primarily manufactures customized, private-label and made-to-order leather products. Because production is based on approved specifications, our return process differs from a standard retail store.

Samples and Pre-Production Approval

Where sampling is part of a project, customers are responsible for reviewing the sample, materials, dimensions, branding, hardware, colors and other agreed specifications before bulk production is approved. Once approval is provided, production may begin on that basis.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Customized, private-label, branded or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return simply because a customer changes their mind after production has started. Any cancellation, adjustment or refund request will be reviewed against the approved quotation, sample, specifications and production stage.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

If goods arrive damaged, materially defective or significantly different from the approved specifications, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide the order reference, clear photographs or video, quantities affected and a description of the issue. Our team will review the claim and may request additional evidence.

How We Resolve Valid Claims

Depending on the nature and scale of an approved claim, FACON ENTERPRISES may offer one or more appropriate remedies, including repair, replacement, reproduction of affected units, credit toward a future order or another mutually agreed commercial solution.

Natural Material Variation

Leather is a natural material. Grain, tone, texture, scars and minor shade variation can occur between hides and production batches. Reasonable natural variation that falls within the approved material and quality standard is not normally considered a manufacturing defect.

Shipping Damage

Where possible, inspect cartons at delivery and record visible shipping damage with the carrier. Retain packaging and evidence until the issue has been reviewed. Responsibility for freight claims may depend on the shipping terms agreed in the quotation or purchase order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Approved custom or private-label goods produced to specification.
  • Items altered, used, relabeled or modified after delivery.
  • Goods damaged by improper storage, handling or customer misuse.
  • Normal leather variation within the agreed material standard.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order should be made as early as possible. If materials have been purchased, sampling completed or production has started, associated costs may already be committed and may not be refundable.
