These terms provide a general framework for enquiries and B2B manufacturing with FACON ENTERPRISES. A written quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order or separately signed agreement may include project-specific terms that take priority where applicable.
Information submitted through this website is treated as an enquiry and does not by itself create a manufacturing contract. Product availability, pricing, MOQ, sampling charges, lead times, payment terms, materials and shipping arrangements are confirmed through a written quotation or other agreed commercial document.
Minimum order quantities may vary by product type, leather, hardware, branding method, packaging requirement and production complexity. The applicable MOQ will be communicated during quotation.
Sampling may involve development charges, tooling, material sourcing or courier costs. A sample is intended to establish the agreed direction for design, workmanship, measurements, materials and branding before bulk production. Minor production tolerances and natural leather variation may still occur.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving samples, artwork, logos, colors, dimensions, labels, packaging, hardware and other specifications supplied for approval. FACON ENTERPRISES may rely on written approval when proceeding with production.
Prices are based on the scope, quantities and specifications stated in the quotation and may change if requirements change. Production may require an advance payment or another agreed payment schedule. Unless stated otherwise, bank charges, taxes, duties, import fees and destination charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Estimated lead times begin after required approvals, materials and agreed payments are received. Lead times are estimates and may be affected by material availability, customization complexity, quantity, public holidays, freight conditions or events outside reasonable control.
Leather is a natural material and may display grain variation, pores, scars, shade differences and other natural characteristics. These variations are part of genuine leather and are not automatically considered defects when they remain within the approved quality standard.
Customers confirm that they have the right to use logos, trademarks, artwork and designs provided to FACON ENTERPRISES. Customer-supplied branding is used for the relevant enquiry or order. Unless separately agreed, ownership of third-party trademarks remains with their respective owners.
FACON ENTERPRISES applies material, in-process and final quality checks appropriate to the product and agreed specifications. Where inspection standards, tolerances or third-party testing are required, these should be agreed before production.
Shipping method, freight cost, destination and applicable trade terms are confirmed per order. Delivery dates provided by carriers or freight partners are estimates. Risk, insurance and import responsibilities may depend on the shipping terms agreed in the quotation or purchase order.
Claims relating to damaged, defective or materially incorrect goods are handled in accordance with our Refund And Returns Policy and the project-specific commercial terms agreed with the customer.
We treat non-public commercial information, specifications and product development materials supplied for a project with reasonable confidentiality. Where a formal NDA is required, it should be agreed in writing.
